Do I get to watch all the sessions?

If you have purchased the iClean On Demand Package then you will be able to watch any key note and elective session over the following 3 months after the conference. If you have purchased the iClean LIVE package then you will be able to watch all Key Notes as they happen and as well as the electives but only over the 2 days that the conference runs.

How do I find the sessions after the live stream has finished?

You can access all of the sessions after the live stream from the main sessions page. You will see the tabs along the left of the page allowing you to navigate between Key Note Sessions, Exchange Electives and Additional Video Content.

How will the exchange electives work - do you just get to pick one of the 4 daily sessions?

If you have purchased the iClean LIVE packagae you will be able to attend one elective live on each day, as all are hosted at the same time and then catch up on the other electives in the afternoon. If you have purchased the On Demand Elective you will be able to access all of the electives and watch them at your leisure for the following 3 months.

Expo

How can I talk to the exhibitors?

In the expo you will find a chat similar to the one next to the sessions. The difference here is that all of the chat's in the expo are private so feel free to talk to the exhibitors exactly as you would if you were at a physical expo. They are online and ready to answer any of your questions.

When is the expo open?

The expo will be open during the breaks on the day, not during the key note sessions as we don't want for you to miss our amazing speakers. You can find out exactly when the next break is by checking the schedule tab on the left hand side of your screen.

What types of packages are available?

There are 2 different iclean packages available. The iClean LIVE package where you can watch all key note sessions and electives as they happen. Or you can purchase the iClean On Demand package where you will have access to all sessions and electives for the 3 months following the conference.

How does the live stream work?

The Live Stream will start automatically on the day at 9am so make sure that you're at your computer so you don't miss anything, especially if you have purchased the LIVE Only package.

What internet speed will I need?

You will require constant internet connection in order to stream the live content. Please check before the day that your internet has at least 5 Mbps (mega bites per second).

How do I find my attendee number?

If you have already registered, you will recieve an email a week before the conference with the URL and your attendee number to access the conference. If you have not yet registered, you can do so at www.icleanconference.com.au
