The Role

We are looking for someone with customer service and office administration skills, more importantly we are looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and a 'Can Do' approach to join our growing Interclean distribution department.  

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Interclean Distribution Manager your main duties will be:

  • Increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction through managing key customers via phone, email and web while promoting and selling our products.    

  • Ensure the resolution of any customer enquires (e.g. inventory, order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Logistics and other internal and/or external teams in a professional and timely manner.

  • Data entry including order processing and invoicing into our own stock system. 

  • Working closely with our Warehouse to ensure the operations runs smoothly including ensuring orders are sent on time and the accurate reporting of all stock.

  • Supplier management including preparing, placing, and tracking orders from our overseas supply partners. 

  • Produce sales and freight analysis reports

  • Working with our small team to perform general office administration duties when required. 

  • Assisting other departments such as finance, marketing when required.

Skills & Expertise

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in a Customer Service/Administration Role or similar is desirable

  • Undergrad degree's preferable

Skills and Competencies:                        

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain and build strong relationships with our suppliers and both external and internal clients

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to drive new processes and navigate change well.

  • Good computer skills, including experience using word and excel.

  • An understanding of finance, administration and sales roles.

  • Excellent time management skills.
